* Please note:

Standard work hours for this role are 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM.
* A clear communicator with excellent verbal and written skills. Customer-focused, with the ability to create positive experiences and resolve issues efficiently. A collaborative team player with the ability to manage relationships and drive results. Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years in dealer service operations or customer service

Associate degree with 3-5 years in dealer service operations or customer service: 5+ years in dealer service operations or customer service

Skills, Experience & Abilities       Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle repair processes.

Experience reviewing and negotiating repair quotes.

Proven ability to review and approve service invoices.

Familiarity with service platforms and accurate repair documentation.

Working knowledge of mechanical systems is
* desirable but not required*.
