PWI Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30

Precision Walls is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30.

Responsibilities:

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required). Provide supporting documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment including Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders and Stilts.
• Support Management team in creating New Job Startup requirements such as contract safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP-CCIP requirements.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment that adheres to OSHA guidelines.
• Accompany and support injured employees, attend initial doctor appointments, and support until employee is released to full duty.
• Ensure all documentation is completed for any accident, incident or property damage.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements and

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years in commercial construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones, and various other electronic devices.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager or Branch supporting SQRM).
