Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction – GPAC. Greenville, NC. Also covering the greater Greenville, SC area. Full‑time, start date: ASAP. We're a growing commercial construction team looking for a sharp, motivated Assistant Project Manager ready to dive in and grow quickly. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role with strong mentorship, real career advancement, and the chance to help shape a new division from the ground up.

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction (upfits, warehouse renovations, etc.)
• Comfortable with the fast pace of commercial work
• Open to occasional night/weekend shifts when required
• Some understanding of commercial/lite industrial codes a plus
• Familiarity with warehouse construction processes
• Detail‑oriented with a hunger to learn and contribute
• Procore and Excel experience preferred (but not required)
