Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on a 312-unit ground-up multifamily development in Fayetteville, NC. This is an opportunity to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale wood-frame multifamily project, managing all on-site construction activities from start to finish. Working closely with the Project Manager and field team, you will be responsible for driving safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor performance, and overall project execution.

• s7+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up multifamily or commercial construction projects
• .Previous experience leading large-scale wood-frame multifamily developments preferred
• .Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, inspections, and scheduling
• .Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project momentum
• .Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• .Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
• .Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
• .Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• .Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
