Senior Project Manager

We are a growing construction company working on hotel and hospitality projects across the US
.

Our projects include hotels, resorts, restaurants, renovations and adaptive reuse. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in North Carolina.

You will manage large hospitality projects from preconstruction through completion
, working closely with senior leadership, clients, subcontractors and project teams.

Projects can range from $10M to $50M+, with a major hotel project currently planned in North Carolina.

• Manage projects from start to finish
• Manage budgets and schedules
• Lead project teams and subcontractors
• Manage contracts, procurement and change orders
• Coordinate trades, consultants and vendors
• Work with clients, owners, architects and engineers
• Resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Provide project updates to senior leadership
• Support and mentor junior PMs

• 10+ years of construction experience
• Strong hotel/hospitality construction experience
• Experience managing $30M–$50M+ projects
• Experience with $10M+ projects
• Hotel, resort, restaurant or renovation experience
• Strong budgeting and scheduling experience
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Strong communication and client skills
• Able to work independently
• Willing to travel as required
• Up to $220,000
