- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and next steps
- Support the medical team through clear and timely communication
- Maintain accurate records and client information
- Help keep the front desk organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
- Be a steady, positive presence for clients, patients, and teammates

Veterinary experience is a plus, but
