Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Tink Bird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced OB/GYN physician to serve as Division Chief of the OB/GYN Generalist Division at a large academic medical center in eastern North Carolina. This leadership opportunity combines clinical care, academic involvement, and program development within a well-established women s health service line.

This role offers the opportunity to lead an experienced faculty division while contributing to resident education, clinical innovation, and quality improvement initiatives.

Leadership Responsibilities
Lead an established OB/GYN Generalist Division
Develop and implement clinical care policies and standards
Review and update clinical rotations and curriculum
Oversee teaching and research initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
Support quality improvement and service line development
Opportunity to contribute to informatics initiatives within Women s Health

Established OB/GYN division with 17 faculty members
Level IV NICU and Children s Hospital with pediatric subspecialties
Approximately 3,900 deliveries annually
Approximately 350 maternal transports annually
Active medical student and resident teaching programs
Multidisciplinary women s health care teams

Requirements
Board Certified OB/GYN physician
Leadership experience preferred
Academic medicine experience preferred
Interest in teaching, research, and program development
Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
