ECU Health Chowan Hospital and ECU Health Womens Care-Edenton, located in Edenton , North Carolina are seeking a BC OBGYN to provide hospital call coverage for their established practice.
Coverage neededJune 12th - June 15th (8a8a)
Details- Hospital privileges at ECU Health Chowan Hospital
- 25-bed hospital
- 100% inpatient clinical care
- Provider must be comfortable with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- LT must respond to the hospital within 20 minutes
- Low Volume Emergency Department (7 beds)
- Epic EMR
- No ICU responsibilities
- LT will not respond to codes
- ECU Health Air and ECU Health Ground Support to immediately transfer patients when needed
Delivery volume per month is 28-34
If locums provider covers for more than 6 months they must obtain the following:
- Current ALSO Certification
- Evidence of completion of the AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring course within the last 2 years
- Current NRP certification (required for ECU Health Community Hospital obstetricians) -
