Responsible for the development and improvement of product process solutions and handling of process abnormalities. Ensure production efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Development and maintenance of SOP.
  • Setting and debugging of process parameter, as well as training and guidance of process requirements and operation specifications.
  • Analysing and correcting process defects.
  • Responsible for the coordination and solution of process abnormalities.
  • Responsible for innovation and modification to improve efficiency of processes.
  • Batch introduction of new products, new processes and new materials.
  • Process debugging for new equipment and development of process standards.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/

SKILLS:

Education:
  • Associate degree in science and engineering related disciplines.
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience.
  • Leading the development of SOPs and process control points for each process.
  • Proven experience of effectively identifying the process related problems and promoting process improvement.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong planning skills, good thinking, good communication and co‑ordination skills, organisational skills and creative ability
