Job Overview

Greenville Treatment Center is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Director to lead our organization’s. Greenville Treatment Center is a private clinic offering outpatient Methadone and Buprenorphine maintenance treatment to individuals who abuse opiates, including Oxy Contin, Heroin, Percocet, Vicodin, Oxycodone, etc. Our rehabilitation center provides a caring and therapeutic environment for opioid or heroin drug treatment. Certified substance abuse counselors, licensed nurses, and a physician are on staff at our center to deliver the best care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for working with the substance use population. This role involves supervising staff, and ensuring compliance in daily operations in compliance with state and federal regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and that best practice standard are followed.
  • This position is responsible for staffing the treatment program and supervising the productivity of staff, in addition to performing annual staff reviews and needs for job improvement.
  • This position will ensure that services are provided in a professional, therapeutic environment.
Experience
  • Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with the State of North Carolina (CADC).
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
  • The ability to maintain a high level of professional ethics and follow best practices.
  • Team-oriented management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Preference to applicants with three years in a supervisory/ management role in a healthcare environment.
