Position Summary

This position leads and manages nursing programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing projects, supporting strategic initiatives, improving processes, conducting research, managing communication plans, and analyzing data. The coordinator collaborates with various teams to develop effective programs, optimize resources, and promote continuous professional development. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of nursing and healthcare management.

Responsibilities
  • Target Development: assist in the creation, enhancement, and documentation of nursing program structures.
  • Educate the nursing team on program processes and best practices.
  • Incorporate department workload measures in program planning.
  • Collaborate in setting targets and goals for various nursing areas.
  • Master procedures for developing performance targets and benchmarks.
Project Management
  • Lead and manage nursing program projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Support strategic initiatives by implementing program‑related activities that align with organizational goals.
Identify Opportunities For Process Improvement Within Nursing Programs
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure program processes are optimized.
  • Collaborate with nursing managers to develop and execute process improvement plans.
Develop And Manage Communication Plans For Nursing Program Initiatives
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences, including senior management and nursing staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Review Management Reporting Data to Identify Trends, Current Performance and Areas for Improvement
  • Analyze program data to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.
  • Document and communicate observations and recommendations to all levels of management.
  • Use data analysis to support resource optimization and budget preparation.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field or higher is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Registered Nurse preferable but not mandatory.
  • Two to four years' experience in healthcare operations or life science.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with basic mathematics.
  • Proficiency in project management, strategic planning, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
