Responsibilities- Target Development: assist in the creation, enhancement, and documentation of nursing program structures.
- Educate the nursing team on program processes and best practices.
- Incorporate department workload measures in program planning.
- Collaborate in setting targets and goals for various nursing areas.
- Master procedures for developing performance targets and benchmarks.
- Lead and manage nursing program projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and goals.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Support strategic initiatives by implementing program‑related activities that align with organizational goals.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure program processes are optimized.
- Collaborate with nursing managers to develop and execute process improvement plans.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences, including senior management and nursing staff.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Analyze program data to inform decision‑making and strategic planning.
- Document and communicate observations and recommendations to all levels of management.
- Use data analysis to support resource optimization and budget preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field or higher is required; advanced degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse preferable but not mandatory.
- Two to four years' experience in healthcare operations or life science.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with basic mathematics.
- Proficiency in project management, strategic planning, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Skilled in developing and managing communication plans.
- Capacity to identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborative mindset for working across departments.
- Understanding of nursing and healthcare management principles.
This position is an onsite, day‑shift position.
