Referral Coordinator

We are a privately-owned outpatient physical therapy and sports performance clinic with locations in Greenville NC, and Morehead City, NC. Our primary focus is to live through our motto “Together Stronger” to serve the athletes and active population of Eastern North Carolina.

We provide comprehensive treatment plans with our multi-disciplinary team approach that includes physical therapy, athletic training, adult fitness, sports performance, and recovery services.

Our goal is to work together with patients to make them stronger, help them achieve their goals, and enable them to live their best life.

This is a full-time, on-site Referral Coordinator role based in Greenville, NC. Our referral coordinator is a professional who is compassionate, enjoys interacting and getting to know people,maintainsa friendly and positive attitude, can multitask in a fast-paced working environment, and wants to serve patients/clients by addressing their needs to achieve their goals and live their best lives.

The Referral Coordinator will manage patient referrals, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and ensuring accurate documentation.

• Proficiency in Insurance Verification and understanding of Medical Terminology
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to maintain a patient-focused approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with medical or healthcare office settings is a plus
