Position Summary
The Director of Central Pharmacy Services serves as a key member of the Pharmacy Leadership Team. This person will coordinate and collaborate with all levels of representatives across multiple departments to drive organizational and departmental goals related to operations, cost savings, process improvement, standardization, and other initiatives. The position will focus on directing the Central Pharmacy Service Center consisting of multiple business lines supporting ECU Health Hospitals and ECU Health Retail Pharmacy locations that serve our patients.
Minimum RequirementsMasters in Pharmacy required. Masters degree in Business Administration preferred. Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred.
Healthcare Finance Experience Required5 years related work experience required and 3 years supervisory/management experience required.
Current North Carolina Pharmacist license required by start date.
