Position Summary
The ECU Health Medical Center Public Safety Officer performs the complete range of security services provided to the patients, visitors, and staff of ECU Health Medical Center.
As a Public Safety Officer, You Will- Demonstrates acceptable level of Service Excellence behaviors. Demonstrates acceptable level of work habits behavior. Meets professional standards.
- Provides information and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff. Maintains and monitors Metal Detector. Provides door unlocks to staff. Provides releases for Morgue to Funeral Directors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School or higher is required.
- Must maintain a valid North Carolina driver's license.
- Zero to two years related experience
- 40 hours per week
- Monday - Friday (5:45 am - 5:45 pm)
- Required to work rotational weekends
