Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, define workflows, and support seamless system integrations and data connectivity. Serve as the subject matter expert and project lead for customer onboarding and complex system integrations, guiding projects from requirements through launch.

Who you are:
Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the customer experience. 5-7 years of experience supporting eCommerce platforms, web technologies, data, or IT systems. 3-5 years of customer‑facing experience preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10+ years of equivalent, relevant experience. Skills, Experience & Abilities       Hands‑on experience managing eCommerce platforms (e.g., platform operations, releases, integrations, and performance monitoring).

Strong project management skills in a digital or technology environment, including requirements gathering, timelines, and vendor coordination. Experience working with web technologies, APIs, and system integrations to support end‑to‑end transactions. Data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret KPIs, build insights, and recommend optimization opportunities. Proficiency with analytics tools, content management systems, and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, reporting tools).Ability

to troubleshoot technical and data issues and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders.
