• Proficient in Agile methodology and Agile project management
• Excellent communication and report writing skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
• 1-3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
• 1-3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
• Certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, or PMP
