Job Title : IT Specialist

Guilford, Connecticut

We areseekinga motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT department asanIT Helpdesk/Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide technicalassistanceand support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

This is an on-site position in Guilford, CT.

• Tier 1 andtier2 response to user requests for technical support.
• Triage, assign, update,orresolveopen tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Document solutions and update knowledge bases for future reference.
• Assistinsetting up new user accounts, hardware, and software installations.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.
• Assistwithensuringcompliance and regulatory requirements are met; HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience or relevant certifications may be considered.
• At least2 yearspriorIT Helpdesk support experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems, Linux is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  365and common IT tools, including Single Sign-On, system management/mobile device management, cloud-based storage,and web-based conferencing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Cybersecurity experience is a plus.

• This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Hyperfine’s office in Guilford, CT.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs

_ Compensation: This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a pay range of $33.00 - $38.00 per hour. This position is also eligible to participate in Hyperfine’s corporate bonus and equity plans. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, relevant experience, qualifications, location, position level, and other job-related reasons.
