The IT Enterprise PMO plays a critical role in ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value across the organization. As an IT Fin Ops Analyst, you will support cost visibility, allocation, and optimization practices across our cloud and AI environments, enabling teams to understand and manage the true cost of the technology they consume. At Genesys, we're transforming the customer experience landscape with empathy, AI innovation, and global impact.

In this role, you will help establish and mature our enterprise IT Fin Ops practice while translating cloud and AI usage data into actionable financial insights for IT, Finance, and business stakeholders. You will partner with leaders across the organization to improve financial accountability, optimize technology investments, and strengthen governance for cloud and AI services. As AI adoption accelerates across the business, you will help extend Fin Ops disciplines into AI and machine learning workloads by tracking token and compute consumption, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting transparent showback practices.
