You will work with Laserfiche, Tyler New World, Open Gov Cartegraph, and Microsoft 365, configure systems, provide user support, train staff, and document procedures.
The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in computer science or IT and 3+ years of systems analysis, preferably in local government; a valid NC driver's license and background check are required.
