Supply Chain Management Lead

Join a leading automotive innovation organization in Guilford County, NC, supporting an eVTOL (electric vertical takeoff and landing) program in the R&D and prototype phase.

This is a high-visibility role filling a key gap in strategic, program-level supply chain ownership, requiring both hands-on execution and strategic leadership in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

• Lead procurement and end-to-end supply chain strategy for the program
• Provide program-level updates to leadership and maintain a 10,000-ft view
• Act as the primary escalation point for supplier and supply chain issues
• Drive alignment across engineering, procurement, and leadership teams
• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, performance, and risk resolution
• Improve processes for efficiency, scalability, and visibility
• Support tools and systems (e.g., CLM, ERP)
• Mentor team members and support cross-functional collaboration

• 7+ years in Aerospace Procurement / Supply Chain
• Experience in R&D, prototype, or early-stage programs
• Ability to work with engineering documentation and supplier requirements
• Understanding of aircraft components and FAA-related certifications
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Strong communication and program-level strategic thinking

• eVTOL or advanced air mobility experience
• Startup or high-growth environment background
• Familiarity with Japanese business culture/language
• Experience with Coupa
