A marine manufacturing company in North Carolina is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize systems for safe and efficient production. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, with over 3 years of process improvement experience in manufacturing. Responsibilities include evaluating processes, ensuring product quality, and assisting in manufacturing support.

Experience with Microsoft Office and CAD tools is preferred.
