Set up, start and run all machinery, checking all controls for adherence to operating/safety procedures and ISO standards.;
Weigh ingredients to meet recipe specification and insert into machinery, or ensure the correct ingredients are delivered to the work area and insert pre-blended materials into machinery.;
Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.;
Troubleshoots equipment and processing issues.;
Performs in-process quality checks as required and maintains documentation and records.
