Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Pain Management

Our client is seeking a Full time skilled PA or NP to join a collaborative Interventional Pain Management team, delivering targeted treatments and personalized care plans in an outpatient setting. • Predictable full-time schedule: 4.5-day work week (Mon–Thurs 8–5, Fri 8–1:30)
• Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Perform trigger point and joint injections in an outpatient setting
• Manage medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and labs
• Educate patients on treatment plans and self-care strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and specialists to optimize outcomes

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Certified and licensed PA-C or Nurse Practitioner
• At least 1 year of APP clinical experience
• Background in pain management, orthopedics, or neurology strongly preferred
