Amergis Staffing is currently seeking both TRAVEL and Local experienced RN Psych nurses in Greenville, NC!

Position: RN Psych - Must have Behavioral Health/ Psych Experience


***** Must have lived in NC for the last 5yrs as the facility is needing nurses to start asap and who will not require fingerprints*****

Shifts available:

• 7p-7:30a, 36/48, EOW

• 7a-7:30p, 36/48 EOW

Number of Openings: 4

Contract: 16 Weeks

ADATC services are curated to assist adults who:
Have a substance use disorder or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Experience toxic effects and potentially dangerous withdrawal symptoms that require a medical detoxification. Have chronic and/or concurrent acute medical conditions that pose significant risk during detoxification/treatment and require medical monitoring by primary care physicians.

First 2-4 weeks will be orientation- NO RTO OR CALL OUTS WILL BE PERMITTED IN FIRST 2-4 WEEKS.

Orientation - First 2-4 weeks M-F 8a-5p. No RTO or Call outs permitted during orientation (will be cancelled)

ONLY 3 DAYS OF RTO APPROVED PER CONTRACT

The Psychiatric/Mental Health (PMH) Registered Nurse, requires a wide range of nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise. PMH nurses promote well-being through prevention and education, in addition to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner and demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care.

The PMH RN works in a variety of settings and provides comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse Licensure in-state practicing
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
