Job DutiesPlanning, teaching, and evaluating primarily face‑to‑face theory, lab, and clinical courses in medical‑surgical nursing. Responsibilities include teaching courses such as advanced medical‑surgical nursing, pathophysiology, and/or pharmacology for pre‑licensure nursing students. The position may also involve direct supervision of students in clinical and lab settings.
Minimum Education and Experience- Master’s degree in nursing from an appropriately accredited institution.
- Valid non‑restricted North Carolina nursing license required upon employment.
- Two years of medical‑surgical nursing experience.

Preferred Experience , Skills, and Training/Education- Terminal degree in Nursing or a closely related discipline with a graduate degree in nursing.
- Recent clinical and teaching experience in medical‑surgical nursing.
- Certification as a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred.
