Salary Range: $30.00 - $50.00 per Hour

Position: PRN Home Infusion (Registered Nurse)

Helms Home Care is a skilled nursing services company based out of Denver, NC, providing in‑home infusion care to patients across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, West Virginia, Georgia, Maryland, and Kentucky.

• Perform catheter access & care (peripheral IVs, port‑a‑caths, PICC/central lines), vitals/assessments, and medication administration (Abx, TPN, IVIG, and other specialty meds).
• Perform blood draws.
• Provide patient education on self‑administration of medication.
• Document visit notes through electronic charting and submit promptly.

• Current Registered Nurse license with competence in the duties described above.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in infusion therapy and/or catheter maintenance and care.
• Reliable transportation, access to a printer/scanner/fax machine.
• Ability to communicate promptly with scheduling personnel.
• Expect to do 2 visits per week.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
