Registered Nurse; RN- Night Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift (7 pm–7 am)

Anson Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a night‑shift Registered Nurse to provide nursing care to residents. The RN must hold an unrestricted RN license and will work full‑time (7 pm–7 am) shifts with a sign‑on bonus available.

• Supervise the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care of residents on the unit, ensuring all assigned staff provide appropriate care.
• Provide safe and accurate medication‑related interventions to residents.
• Accurately transcribe and coordinate physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments, notify physicians of changes in status, and implement new orders.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on assessment.
• Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a resident’s condition and/or prevent complications.
• Contribute to the resident’s assessment and development of a care plan.

• Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
