Registered Nurse, On-Call​/Off – Davie

Overview

Registered Nurse, On-Call (7 On / 7 Off) – Davie County. Carolina Caring has been nationally recognized by Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work for Seven consecutive years ). We seek a compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse to provide high-quality hospice care to patients and support their caregivers. In this role, you will deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders, conduct patient assessments, and implement individualized care plans.

You will also provide emotional support, education, and guidance to patients and their families during critical moments.

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders
• Conduct patient assessments and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support, education, and guidance to patients and their families during critical moments
• Support patients and caregivers with compassionate, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality hospice services

7 days on / 7 days off schedule — paid for 80 hours. This position primarily serves patients in Davie County.

• One to three years clinical experience required; hospice or home health care experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Current, unrestricted North Carolina nursing license required
• CPR certification required

• Travel: 75%
