Position Summary

The primary purpose of your job is to return patients to optimal physical function in a skilled nursing facility setting. You will facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals, and instruct the patient in maintaining the achieved level of function after discharge through education, an independent exercise program, and appropriate activity modification.

Education / Qualifications
  • Employee must hold a master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited college or university and hold an active, unencumbered license from the state of practice.
  • Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.
Shifts & Wages
  • Full‑time opportunities available.
  • Shifts needed: days.
  • Wage: based on experience.
  • Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 paid quarterly. Program details can vary among buildings. Please see HR for the facility‑specific benefit plans.
