Minimum requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing (ADN) or higher is required.
- 0 - 6 months experience is required.
- Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state is required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Pay range:
Staff Nurse I - $33.00 - $38.00 base hourly rate
* Base rate can fall into this range, with experience credit offered for previous/current healthcare experience in defined areas (for example, LPN, Nurse Extern, Nurse Assistant, EMT/Paramedic, Surgery Tech, Pharmacy Tech, etc.)

Interview Day
Registration for the hiring event will open in August 2026. Applicants who have already submitted an application will receive an email invitation with instructions to RSVP for the event.
Interview scheduling will begin the end of August, beginning of September, and will be conducted on a first-applied, first-scheduled basis.
Candidates selected for interviews will be contacted with scheduling details. To ensure fairness and maximize available interview opportunities, timely responses are required. If a candidate does not respond within the designated timeframe, interview slots may be offered to the next qualified applicant based on the order in which completed applications were received.

This job posting is for all new and upcoming graduate Registered Nurses (RNs). Residency cohort start dates will fall between February 2027 and October 2027. Please fill out an application if you are interested in applying for the New RN Graduate Residency Program.

The New Graduate Nurse Residency Program provides an extensive orientation to the roles and responsibilities associated with professional practice. This process is a 12-month clinical program.
As a Nurse Resident, you will:
- Be part of a cohort of other new graduate nurses
- Work side-by-side with clinical coaches
- Participate in simulation laboratory experiences
- Be supported by a nurse educator who will help you further develop your critical thinking skills
- Have interprofessional education with our clinical partners
- Have opportunity to engage in nursing councils and Professional Governance Councils
