• Provide care for patients in the Emergency Room with various illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Recognize and treat life‑threatening conditions promptly.
• Assess, intervene, and stabilize patients with trauma and illnesses.
• Use triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick, accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
• Maintain knowledge of general and specific health issues relevant to emergency care.

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care emergency‑room setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required; TNCC may be required for some positions.
