Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours Hospice RN to respond to patient needs during weekends and holidays, providing compassionate care when it is most needed. This full-time weekend Baylor schedule comes with benefits and PTO.
You will report to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager Senior, deliver direct patient care after hours, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and quality outcomes.
