Our Nurse Residency Program allows graduate nurses to choose from nearly any clinical area to find the best fit for your professional goals. It refines and enhances your skills by pairing you with a strong mentor to support your growth along the way. After completing our new graduate residency program, you’ll have more practical experience and more confidence in your hands‑on nursing skills.

- North Carolina RN license must be active prior to start date
- 0-6 months of hospital RN experience
- Full-time position
- Cohorts start in February and during the summer
- You will work the schedule of your clinical coach(s) throughout orientation
- Shift and weekend differentials are available at the start date of your residency orientation
- Nursing students can work with us as Nursing Assistants while in nursing school
