Hours:

Qualifications:
  • Active RN license
  • At least one year of recent experience in Stepdown, Telemetry, or Hospice nursing
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (as required)
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Embraces a collaborative team approach
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care in Stepdown, Telemetry, and Hospice units
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Administer medications and perform interventions per physician orders
  • Document all patient information accurately
  • Support families and patients with education and emotional guidance
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
