• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ recent experience in Emergency Room nursing (hospital setting strongly preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and rapid decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic or Cerner experience a plus)

• Provide exceptional care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Rapidly triage, assess, and intervene according to established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the EMR
