Savvy Wise Work Force is recruiting experienced Operating Room Circulator RNs for a full-time, on-site opportunity with a community hospital in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.
What you will do- Circulate surgical cases while maintaining patient safety, sterile practice, and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and nursing colleagues.
- Prepare the operating room, verify required equipment and supplies, and support efficient room turnover.
- Circulate orthopedic, general surgery, robotic-assisted, and selected OB/GYN cases.
- Respond effectively to changing clinical priorities and perioperative emergencies.
- At least two years of true Surgery/Operating Room circulating RN experience.
- Current North Carolina RN license or a qualifying multistate compact RN license.
- Experience circulating orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci/robotic, and some OB/GYN cases.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Rutherfordton, North Carolina.
Experience limited to Pre-Op, Post-Op, Endoscopy/GI, or PACU without operating-room circulating experience does not meet the requirement.
Compensation$74,000-$86,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
