Facility:This 114-bed community hospital serves four nearby counties and features a 15-bed Emergency Department that sees approximately 21,000 patients per year. The facility offers a full scope of services including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Neurology, and Cardiology, supported by 24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage, telestroke support, and a state-of-the-art telehealth system for direct connection with specialists.
Opportunity:Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - Emergency Medicine
Job Details:- Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient care in a 15-bed Emergency Department
- Emergency Medicine Provider team includes 4 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers
- Twelve (12) 12-hour shifts per month; daily shifts are 9:00am-9:00pm and 12:00pm-12:00am
- 24-hour hospitalist and radiology coverage with telestroke support
- Strong air and ground support available for immediate patient transfers
- Full scope of hospital services including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care, Oncology, Behavioral Health, Neurology, Cardiology, and Pain Management
- System-wide integrated EMR - EPIC
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Relocation assistance available
