Product/Materials Development – Greenville, NC
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Lead development of new composite materials from concept through commercial production.
- Drive applied and fundamental research to enhance product performance.
- Troubleshoot production challenges.
- MS or PhD in Engineering or Materials Science.
- 5+ years of R&D experience in polymers, textiles, composites, or related industries.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
