WhatYou’ll Do
- Team Leadership:
Manage and support the Sales Support Associates and jewelers, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Workshop Oversight:
Oversee the operations of the jewelry workshop, ensuring the jewelers have the tools and resources needed for precision craftsmanship. - Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure optimal organization of all products. - Ordering and Vendor Relations:
Handle purchasing and restocking of inventory, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. - Reporting:
Prepare and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. - Operational Excellence:
Ensure the store runs smoothly by managing daily operational tasks and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

- Proven leadership experience in retail operations (fine jewelry experience preferred but not required).

- Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic reporting tools.
