• Team Leadership:
  Manage and support the Sales Support Associates and jewelers, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Workshop Oversight:
  Oversee the operations of the jewelry workshop, ensuring the jewelers have the tools and resources needed for precision craftsmanship.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure optimal organization of all products.
• Ordering and Vendor Relations:
  Handle purchasing and restocking of inventory, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and analyze reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Operational Excellence:
  Ensure the store runs smoothly by managing daily operational tasks and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Proven leadership experience in retail operations (fine jewelry experience preferred but not required).
