Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour
Job Schedule:- Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe resident and visitor activity, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations in accordance with site expectations.
- Support a positive residential environment by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with routine security‑related concerns while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
