Position Summary

• Repairs plumbing, pipe fitting, and related systems.
• Operates and uses equipment and tools common to the

plumbing trade.

• Works in precarious or unusual positions.
• Cleans work areas.
• Installs special purpose systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems, components, fixtures, etc., Performs and develops preventive maintenance for plumbing systems, components, fixtures, etc. Tests, maintains, and repairs fire mains, standpipes, hydrants, sprinkler systems, etc. Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs medical gases and vacuum piping systems.

Participates in the On-Call rotation. Operates tools, equipment, vehicles, etc. necessary to perform duties and responsibilities.

HS diploma- or higher. 4-5 years related experience.

$25.92 - $37.78

Shift Expectations: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm with on-call capabilities
