- Design, implement, and test software solutions with a focus on high availability and resiliency
- Build and operate scalable data workflows, including data pipelines, transformations, and integrations with the data platform
- Work across the stack, from data layers to APIs to front-end integrations
- Own systems end-to-end, including delivery, monitoring, incident response, and iteration
- Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate fraud and risk requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure adherence to security, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls
- Assist and mentor teammates, provide technical leadership, and evangelize best practices
- Build production systems that help customers detect and prevent fraud
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Python — well-tested, maintainable, scalable code
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort with relational and/or analytical data stores
- Proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script and a modern framework (Vue.js or similar)
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience building applications using a cloud-native, service-oriented architecture
- This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English

Demonstrates expertise in designing and implementing scalable software solutions, with a strong focus on high availability, resiliency, and security. Proficient in Python, SQL, and JavaScript/Type Script, with experience in cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
