** The team you will be a part of*
* The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.

** This role in summary*
* The Senior Process Transformation Engineer is a highly skilled technical leader responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and managing capital projects within the Process Transformation Team. This individual will act as a true catalyst for change, identifying operational bottlenecks, pioneering innovative solutions, and taking full ownership of capital projects from concept to completion. The Senior Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, assess project priorities, and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational performance.

Strong project management, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills are essential to successfully deliver projects that drive process improvements and maximize return on investment.

** Your responsibilities will include*
* + Lead and manage capital projects from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities and objectives.

+ Write and submit capital requisitions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and financial guidelines.

+ Anticipate operational challenges and actively hunt for process improvement opportunities across engineering and manufacturing.

+ Engage with vendors to procure necessary equipment and services, negotiating terms to optimize costs and quality.

+ Utilize strong project management skills to develop timelines, allocate resources, and track project progress against milestones.

+ Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating discussions to address challenges and opportunities.

+ Ensure effective communication of project objectives, requirements, and timelines across cross-functional teams.

+ Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential disruptions to project schedules.

+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project specifications, procedures, and outcomes to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability of improvements.

+ Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data analytics to not just track progress, but to actively forecast trends and propose strategic pivots.

+ Strong data analytics to interpret results to identify trends and patterns.

+ Work flexible hours as required to support operations and project implementation.

** Minimum requirements*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

+ 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

+ Strong understanding of capital project processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

** Preferred skills and experiences*
* + Experience writing and managing capital requisitions in a corporate environment.

+ Proven track record in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

+ Familiarity with automation and process improvement methodologies.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

+ Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to process transformation and engineering.

+ Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.

+ Technical Software:
Proficiency in CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, CREO) and experience with PLC controls (e.g.,Allen-Bradley).

+ Methodologies:

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and  pFMEA .

+ Documentation:
Ability to read/interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and standard work documents..

+ Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform routine visits to the plant floor as part of the role.
