Maintenance Planner III

Job Title:
Maintenance Planner III
Location:
Greenville, OH 45331 - 100% onsite
Duration: 05 months contract
Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update SAP (computerized maintenance managed system)
Develop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
Review work requests and prioritize tasks based on safety, regulatory, and operational needs
Create and manage maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and resource utilization
Estimate labor, materials, tools, and equipment required for maintenance tasks
Coordinate with operations to ensure equipment availability for planned work
Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate with procurement as needed
Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements for reliability and cost efficiency
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Participate in shutdown/turnaround planning and execution

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 5 years of maintenance planning or maintenance experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing environment

Experience with rotating and fixed equipment (pumps, compressors, reactors, piping systems, etc.)
Strong SAP skills.
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling best practices
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical manuals
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Analytical problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, PSM, etc.)

Special Instructions:
Looking for candidate with strong SAP experience.
Plant is looking to re-establish Maintenance work process and will need a candidate familiar with SAP functionality to develop site maintenance work process.
