Village Green Health Campus is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Activities Aide to assist with planning, organizing, and leading activities for our nursing home and assisted living residents. This role plays an essential part in enhancing residents’ quality of life by promoting socialization, creativity, and overall well-being.

• Assist with daily group and individual activities, including games, crafts, music, exercise, and special events
• Encourage resident participation while adapting activities to meet varying physical and cognitive abilities
• Provide one-on-one engagement for residents who are unable to attend group activities
• Help with setup, cleanup, and organization of activity spaces and supplies
• Accompany residents on outings and special events as needed
• Document resident participation and report observations to the Activities Director
• Support a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all residents

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or recreational activities is a plus (but not required)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass required background checks and screenings
