Job Title

Team Member, $19.25 to $21.25 per hour

Manufacturing plant in Brookhaven, MS

Matheson's Continental Carbonic Products division specializes in the manufacture and distribution of dry ice and liquid carbon dioxide. The plant supports a network of 40 distribution facilities and is responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.

• Pack and wrap ice to customer specifications.
• Shovel and package dry ice during manufacturing; label, strap, and stage dry ice for loading.
• Clean and sanitize large industrial containers.
• Operate forklift safely.
• Perform tasks in various departments as directed.
• Support optimal productivity, quality, and safety.

• Frequent lifting of up to 30 lbs while twisting, reaching, and bending.
• Stand for 12‑hour shifts in non‑climate‑controlled environments.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Pay attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Comply with all company policies and standards.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Desired food safety experience.
• Ability to speak up and help others; follow directions; arrive on time; understand and follow safe work practices.

Physical demands include frequent lifting, standing, walking, and exposure to extreme cold, extreme heat, high humidity, noise, and hazards.
