Job Overview
Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services and thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment where technology innovations and customer needs continuously evolve.
Job Responsibilities- Build proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, providing a world‑class customer experience and building loyalty by helping customers complete their shopping journey, demonstrating the latest technology in‑store, and offering personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans.
- Use digital tools consistently to illustrate coverage quality, plan benefits, and overall value to customers. Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, and processes while staying current on wireless and technology innovations.
- Establish relationships with and partner with T‑Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, identify and handoff small business leads, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
Skills and Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate who connects authentically and enjoys the role (Required)
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required)
- Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues (Required)
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)
- At least 18 years of age

- Hourly Base Pay: $15.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
