Oversee department operations including scanning outs, inventory management, recovery, price changes, planogram sets, and merchandising standards.;
Maintain department cleanliness and adherence to the indoor merchandising guide to ensure consistent displays.;
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and replenish from stockroom or top stock.;
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers; support front-end tasks as needed.;
Operate general retail equipment (handheld devices, ladders, pallet jacks, forklifts) and participate in cross-training.
