We are seeking a dependable, organized, and community-oriented Part-Time Service Coordinator to support residents at a family affordable housing community in Greenville, PA. This position combines traditional resident service coordination with supervision of our after-school computer lab program. The ideal candidate enjoys working with families and children, communicates professionally, and is comfortable creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with accessing community resources and supportive services
- Maintain relationships with local service providers and agencies
- Help coordinate resident programs, events, and educational opportunities
- Maintain required documentation and resident records
- Monitor and supervise the community computer lab during afternoon and after-school hours
- Provide a safe, respectful, and structured environment for children and families using the lab
- Report resident concerns or community issues to management as needed
- Support positive resident engagement throughout the property
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a community setting
- Experience in social services, education, property management, youth programming, or related fields preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and outside agencies
- Background clearances may be required
Part-time position with afternoon/after-school availability required.
