This role offers competitive pay starting at $18.57 to $19.82 per hour, depending on your shift, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, tuggers, turret trucks, and other powered industrial equipment to load, unload, move, and transport materials.
• Support warehouse and production operations by supplying materials, staging inventory, and preparing orders through picking, packing, and kitting activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, processing receiving and shipping documentation, and utilizing RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, perform basic maintenance, and uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and production support as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, or related fields.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Proficiency with RF scanners, computers, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, read Bills of Materials (BOMs), and accurately handle shipping and receiving documentation.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs., standing, and walking for extended periods, in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.

Please note:

All new hires will attend orientation and complete their first week of training on 1st Shift before transitioning to their assigned shift.

$18.57 to $19.82 per hour
